Where are we located? Do we have store or can we visit and shop?

  • We are located in Mumbai, Virar

  • No we Donot have store! It's home based business

  • Shopping on visit isn't allowed

 

Do we sell in wholesale/Bulk? What will be the prices for bulk orders ?

  • Yes, we take Retail & as well in wholesale/bulk orders.

  • Prices remains same for retail and bulk buyers; Though we do give discount on total bill to bulk buyers

Do we customize Charms?

  • No, we do not make charms we just import and sell it

 

Do we customize bracelets, keychains, phonecharms?

  • Yes, we do customize bracelets, keychains and phonecharms as per your requirements. But you have to select things from existing materials.

  • You all can reach to DM on Instagram for custom orders or any related queries

SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipping Pan India Only

Shipping Charges :- 80/-

Please note: If your order exceeds 50ogms in weight, you will be contacted by our team for additional shipping charges. The default charges apply only to orders weighing up to 500gms.

Your parcel is in good hands!

We've partnered with India Post for secure delivery.

Incase if your door locked found or location couldn't be reached; you can collect the package from nearby India post of your location. But Please note we cannot predict delivery time for packages.

 

Processing Time: Dispatch within 4 working days of order confirmation.

Delivery Time : 4-5 working days after dispatch (may extend upto 10 days for certain locations)

 

You can always contact us if you wish us to dispatch your product via any local courier service.

Extra Charges will be applied for the same

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We request you to take a video of your order being opened in case of missing product or defect from our end & send the video via an email to hebecreativehauss@gmail.com along with the details of your complain.

Our customer care team will accordingly handle the return of the product and replace it.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to us, as we will send you a fresh product in case of damages or any defects, within 3-5 days of receiving your complaint.

PICTURES of damaged products will NOT be considered.

And  in case of any damage occurred during shipping/ transit we won't be responsible for the same.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders once placed can not be canceled under any circumstances. No refund will be offered in case of order cancellation.

However, if you have selected any incorrect color or quantities while placing the order, and want to make changes to the order, you can get in touch with us via Instagram DM or Email.
